Paul K. Batt, AIF®, CPFA, CFS

Paul K. BattPaul began his career in the financial services industry in 1999 and has focused on servicing and supporting qualified retirement plans since 2002.  He has demonstrated his commitment to the retirement plan industry by obtaining the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) designation through the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA).  He also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation which he acquired through The American College, along with the Certified Fund Specialist (CFS) designation from the Institute of Business and Finance.With technical knowledge and experience, Paul is able to provide services in the qualified plan market with enthusiasm and a commitment to his client's needs.  He provides top-level guidance to retirement plan committees on all aspects of plan design and operations, as well as providing the education needed to help employees become more retirement ready.

Paul enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, the outdoors, and going to Phoenix Suns' games with his wife, Rachel.  Paul and Rachel have three children and reside in Gilbert, Arizona.

 

Alex Rosen – Financial Professional

Alex provides his experience in guiding businesses as well as individuals in finding personalized solutions for their retirement planning, risk management, retirement income, education savings, and insurance needs. He helps business owners and their employees focusing on their specific needs and objectives. Alex attended the Arizona State University W.P. Carey School of Business.

Alex and his wife, Sarah, have two boys and live in Ahwatukee, AZ. 

 

 

Lawrence Sanfilippo – Education Counselor

Lawrence values building meaningful and long-lasting relationships with people and enjoys helping others plan for their retirement. Being bi-lingual in Spanish, Lawrence has been a valuable addition to Paul’s team and is available to meet one-on-one.

Lawrence's business focus includes Retirement savings accounts, Retirement income distribution planning; Pension planning strategies; Education funding strategies; and Risk management.

 

 

Patricia Tejada – Education Counselor

Patricia is available to meet with employees individually, to ensure customized service. She focuses her time helping educate individuals on the different phases of their financial picture: contribution, accumulation, preservation, and distribution.
Also bi-lingual in Spanish, Patricia adds value to our 401(k) Plans and their employees.

 

 

 

Sara Johnson - Director of Business Relations 

Sara assists the team to maintain and build strong relationships witih the corporate retirement planning community. By staying informed and involved, she assists in maximizing the retirement planning experience for our active retirement plans, along with assisting Paul with the development of new opportunities. Sara strives to keep PKB Retirement Services a leader in new insights and customer experience and helps grow the company with our commitement to excellence.  

Sara and her husband Greg reside in Scottsdale, AZ with their two children and enjoy spending time exploring Arizona. 

 
 
Kate Armstrong - Client Relations Manager

Kate assists Paul with client relations including client communications management and 401(k) enrollment / review meeting preparation.Her strong organization and communication skills contribute to client satisfaction and processing efficiency. Kate is also available to assist clients needs by addressing questions which helps to provide optimal service to our 401(k) Plans. 

Kate relocated from London, England and enjoys spending time with her husband, Justin and son, Luke.
